RETURNS & REFUNDS
We want you to love your Nivé clasps. If you don't, you can
return them — no questions asked.
Your right to cancel
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to let us
know you'd like to cancel, for any reason. You then have a
further 14 days to return the items to us.
How to start a return
Email us at nivedesignsco@gmail.com with your order number.
We'll reply within 24 hours with instructions. You can also
use the cancellation form linked at the bottom of this page.
Do I need to send the items back?
In most cases, no. For orders under £50, we'll process your
refund without asking you to post anything back. For larger
orders we may ask you to return the items; if so, return
postage is at your own cost.
Your refund
We'll refund the full amount you paid, including any delivery
charge, within 14 days. Refunds go back to your original
payment method.
Items must be in the condition you received them. We may
reduce your refund if the items have been damaged through
handling beyond what's needed to check them.
Faulty or damaged items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, email us with a photo
and we'll send a replacement or full refund. This is in
addition to your 14-day cancellation right.
